Responsibilities
Develop automated test harness framework for cloud and storage technologies related products developed by Exablox. This is version 1.0 of the product. The test harness should have properties of being robust, easily usable by both developers and testers, configurable for various feature sets and flexible in terms of providing support for a variety of clients//server configuration in the test bed. The test harness output should be easily viewable by others in the organization, simple to collect metrics and to create defects with all of the supporting data.
Requirements
- Track record of significant accomplishments in developing automated test harness
- Knowledge of cloud and storage technologies including networking
- Proficiency in Python (preferred), Linux and Perl
- Deep knowledge of test harness frameworks
- Good understanding of methods of various harness such as nightly, regression and unit testing
- Strong analytical and debugging skills
- Can-do attitude and flexibility in taking on various assignments
- Strong communications skills, history of working well with developers
Education and Experience
- B.S. + 8 years experience or M.S./advanced degree + 5 years experience
